Troubleshooting Presenteeism
Our Trouble shooting service works with your team members to help them identify any health related issues that need to be addressed.
We are trusted, independent, registered nurses and confidentiality is assured.

- Identifying employees with medium to high absenteeism rates.
- Meeting with these employees who may have health conditions affecting work performance.
- Discussing current medical care involving General Practitioner Treatment Plan, and if appropriate liaise with the G.P. or Practice Nurse.
- Identifying barriers to improved health status.
- Referring to other providers as necessary.
- Introducing education sessions, resources and action plans on improving levels of attendance and working with team members to assist in this process.
- Giving an overview presentation and report to company management at specific timeframe's.

Snapshot Programme
Initially the Impact Health Snapshot Programme is run over a one month period.
Step One - We assess your teams wellness
- accurate testing for cholesterol, diabetes
- high blood pressure
- body mass index
- smoking
- screening for breast, cervical and prostate checks
- sleeping patterns and stress
- minimal downtime with an onsite mobile clinic
Step Two - Correlate Results
- Initial assessment report with recommendations and resource packages sent to team members screened.
- Team members are advised on follow up action.
- Impact Health to follow up immediately any urgent health reports with team members and their health professionals.
Step Three - Report to management
- A Report to the Management Team outlining the findings identifying the level of health risk for your employees screened.
